OUR STORY

After living for a year as newlyweds in Santa Monica, CA we decided, before getting bogged down by the commitments of society, to turn ourselves over to the possibilities of life. So in
May of 2009 we sold everything we owned
and moved into a 1979 VW bus.

In pursuit of our dreams to one day open the type of coffee house that would serve our community…we set off around the United States, in search of local coffee shops, street fairs, and farmers
markets to find the best recipes, eclectic venues, 
& good people.

We are attempting to barter our way town to town swapping stories and labor
for food and gas, expanding our community while trying to find a place to call home.

If you know a unique community or interesting town you think we should check
